This panel is shown automatically when entities exist which contain illegal duplicate names. The designer will prevent you from creating an entity with a duplicate name, but errors can be introduced by copying/pasting files outside of the designer environment. The system checks for and displays the following errors:

• Duplicate form names: it is illegal to have two forms with the same name in the workspace.
• Duplicate workflow process names: it is illegal to have two workflow processes with the same name in the workspace.
• Duplicate web service names within Integration Services or System Services: it is illegal to have two Integration Services or System Services using the same web service name.

You can use this panel to correct these errors. The following example shows that form duplicateFormNameTest exists in both the TEST and TRIAL projects. You can right click on either entity and open it, delete it or rename it.
