The form editor consists of a number of panels and views:

- The
Form toolbar provides a number of form
level functions.
- The
Form properties icon displays form level
properties
- The
Docking manager area comprises a number
of separate view panels which can be arranged according to the designer’s
preference.
- The
WYSIWYG view is the central view panel and
shows the current page as it will appear in a browser.
- The
Outline view is a hierarchical view of all
controls on the current page. Effectively, it is an alternative view to
the WYSIWYG view.
- The
Pages view shows all pages in the form.
Clicking on a page displays the page in the WYSIWYG and Outline views.
- The
Palette view shows a list of available
controls. These can be dragged to the WYSIWYG or Outline views.
- The
Widgets view shows a list of available
widgets. These can be dragged to the WYSIWYG or Outline views.
- The
Fields view shows all fields in the form.
- The
Tables view shows all tables in the form.
- The
Resources view shows all resources linked
with the form.
- The
Properties view shows the properties of
the last selected element (control, field, table, page etc.).
- The
Data Connectors View shows all the data
connectors linked with the form.
