FieldLayout.setFullWidthVAlign

Sets vertical alignment of table cells when displaying controls other than a Field Control.

Supported values:

Value	Constant
Center	ControlConstants.VERTICAL_ALIGNMENT_CENTER
Top	ControlConstants.VERTICAL_ALIGNMENT_TOP
Bottom	ControlConstants.VERTICAL_ALIGNMENT_BOTTOM
