Sets horizontal alignment.

Supported values:

Value	Constant
Center	ControlConstants.HORIZONTAL_ALIGNMENT_CENTER
Left	ControlConstants.HORIZONTAL_ALIGNMENT_LEFT
Right	ControlConstants.HORIZONTAL_ALIGNMENT_RIGHT
