Presentation Template are used by 
Themes to define the style of your application. Although you can create standalone Presentation Templates, it is strongly recommended that you create and use Themes instead.
They can be configured with:
- UI Framework use a third-party styling Framework, such as Bootstrap.
- Control Property Sets define how Controls are presented in different situations.
- Web Resources web pages automatically have access to configured CSS, SCSS styling rules and JavaScript functions.
A Presentation Template can be copied into a Theme to replace its current Presentation Template. Copying the Presentation Template between Themes means they all have the same collection of Property Sets. This is important if you allow end-users to switch between Themes, for example between a light and dark Theme.
