A bug is defined as one or more features of a supported Verj.io product or service that is not working or not working as intended.
Suspected bugs can be entered into our Bug Reporting Tool and, once verified, will be dealt with in line with our Bug Fix Policy.
Please take care to add all the information necessary to reproduce the bug. A Support Engineer may contact you for further information about the suspected bug.

Access to the Bug Reporting tool is determined by your Verj.io Support Package and is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
