Cloud Portal Service Plan Settings


The Cloud Portal’s Settings page allows various Service Plan configuration options to be set.

Common Settings

Several common settings can be applied:

  • Landing Page sets the page that is opened when a user navigates directly to the domain name of your Service Plan.
  • Domain & SSL can be used to configure the .verj.cloud domain of your Service Plan or to configure your own domain and SSL certificates.
  • Language can be used to set a default for all texts, dates, times, and numbers.
  • Log Level can be used to increase or decrease the amount of log information reported.
  • Session Timeout can be used to tune the amount of time an end user’s session is stored by the system.
  • Time Zone affect all dates entered and displayed to the end user.

Administration Application

Although the settings above address the most common configuration changes made to Service Plans, all the customisations that are available to On-Premises environments are also available via the Administration Application.
