The Dashboard is the landing page of the Cloud Portal. It provides an overview of all the Service Plans you have permission to administer.
Main Toolbar
This toolbar is present on every page of the Cloud Portal and provides quick access to the:
- Cloud/On-Premises View switches between the Cloud and On-Premises view:
- Cloud view presents an overview of all your Service Plans.
- On-Premises view provides downloads of the latest version of the On-Premises environments.
- Current Section displays the name of the current page of the Cloud Portal and acts as a navigation breadcrumb trail.
- Notifications inform you about changes to access permissions or upcoming Verj.io Cloud maintenance and upgrades.
- Downloads provides links to the latest version of the Studio for supported operating systems.
- Support contacts our Support Helpdesk to answer any questions you might have.
- Knowledge Base contains detailed descriptions of Service Plans and the Verj.io Cloud.
- User Account allows login options to be configured, including changing your password and configuring multifactor authentication. Also provides access to all your Organisations.
Dashboard
Lists all currently subscribed Service Plans you have access to, divided into their geographic regions.
The name, public IP address and state of each Service Plan is presented and clicking on a Service Plan takes you to its details page.

Clicking on the chat widget opens a chat window to our Support Helpdesk.
